Lotte 3rd Anniversary “Parallel Universe”

1. Promotion Period

From 9:30 AM on 29 August 2026 to 2:00 PM on 27 September 2026.

2. Eligibility

• Applicable to purchases with a minimum invoice value of VND 2,000,000 and LS.POINT membership.
• The invoice must be issued by Lotte Mall West Lake Hanoi or by a store located within Lotte Mall West Lake Hanoi with a registered branch address at the mall.
• Participants must be Vietnamese citizens aged 18 or above.
• Each customer is eligible to receive only one prize in each Lucky Draw.

3. Lucky Draw Method

Winners will be selected through a random computerized draw at 4:00 PM on 27 September 2026.

4. Prize Structure

• 01 First Prize: 01 Jaecoo J5 EV Flagship car in White, valued at VND 599,000,000.
• 02 Second Prizes: Each prize consists of 01 YADEA VELAX H PLUS electric motorbike in Grey, valued at VND 35,000,000.
• 03 Third Prizes: Each prize consists of 01 YADEA OSTA P electric motorbike in Yellow, valued at VND 30,000,000.
• 12 Lucky Prizes: Each prize consists of 01 3-day, 2-night voucher at Lasong Hotel & Villas Sam Son by The Unlimited Collection, valued at VND 8,500,000.

Total prize value: up to VND 861,000,000.

5. Voucher Validity

Lasong Hotel & Villas Sam Son by The Unlimited Collection: 1 October 2026 – 31 March 2027.

6. General Terms & Conditions

• Vouchers are non-redeemable for cash, non-refundable, and valid for one-time use only.
• Vouchers must remain intact and free from any alteration, erasure, or modification.
• Winners will be notified via phone and/or email and must present their Citizen Identification Card (CCCD)/ID card when claiming the prize.
• For further information or inquiries, please contact the Information Counter at Lotte Mall West Lake Hanoi.

Notes

• Invoices used to redeem Lucky Draw entries are valid for the same day only.
• Invoices may not be split or combined.
• Once an invoice has been used to redeem a Lucky Draw entry and stamped, it cannot be returned or cancelled.
• The promotion is applicable only to stores located from Level 1 to Level 5 of the shopping mall. Not applicable to invoices from Lotte Cinema, KidZania, Lotte Aquarium, Mixue, Highlands, Lotte Mart, or L7 Hotel by Lotte.
• This promotion is not applicable to employees of Lotte Properties Hanoi Co., Ltd., employees of agencies, stores, or distributors operating within Lotte Mall West Lake Hanoi.
