Continuing the summer adventure with Kids Tour, Lotte Mall West Lake Hanoi is excited to introduce a brand-new creative playground as part of the Lotte Summer Festival: the “Guardians of the Ocean” Painting Contest.

In celebration of World Oceans Day on 08.06, the contest creates a space where children can freely express their imagination, bring their own “Guardians of the Ocean” to life, and spread love for Vietnam’s beautiful seas.

With the “One-Day Pass” in hand, children can freely visit 04 exciting activity stations, complete missions, and collect stickers along the way:

- 𝐋𝐨𝐭𝐭𝐞 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐥𝐝 𝐀𝐪𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐮𝐦 (B1F): Ocean Adventure Station

Participation Eligibility:

- Children (specific age requirements vary by brand)

- Eligible age ranges will be clearly stated at each station on the One-Day Pass

How to receive tickets:

- LS.POINT members with shopping receipts totaling from VND 8,000,000 from 12.05 – 22.05.2026

- Maximum accumulation of 03 same-day receipts is allowed

- Ticket quantities are limited and the program may end earlier than expected

- Cannot be combined with other gift redemption programs

- Receipts redeemed for tickets and stamped as redeemed are non-refundable and non-cancellable

- Not applicable for receipts from Mixue, Highlands, Lotte Mart, and L7 Hotel by Lotte

- Customers are required to provide ID Card/ Citizen ID information (physical card or VNeID) at the Service Lounge when redeeming receipts

Ticket Usage Terms:

- Each customer may receive a maximum of 02 tickets during the program

- 01 ticket is valid for 01 child, subject to each brand’s participation policy

- Tickets are only valid on 23.05 or 24.05. Participants may join on one of the two days

- Each completed station will receive a confirmation sticker. Stations already marked with stickers cannot be reused

- Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash

- Cannot be combined with other promotional programs (if any)

- Parents and children are responsible for traveling between stations. Participation in activities depends on each guest’s preference and ability

Note: Activities are freely accessible according to each brand’s operating hours and Lotte Mall’s operating schedule.
